How to place an order

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. During these hours you can place your order via phone by calling (214)384-1923

Minimum Order

Minimum per wholesale order is $50.00, orders below minimum will have a processing fee of $10.00 (this is a non-waivable fee) Add-ons will be accepted as part of your original order if received within the same business day

Shipping Charges

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped F.O.B from The Colony, Texas with 72 hours of ordering (Since some products are not in stock and are hand crafted to allow for quality and freshness). If order is recieved on the weekend then the order will be shipped on Thursday morning (72 hour business work days).

For orders up to $ 9.99 the shipping charge is $8.00.
For orders up to $ 49.99 the shipping charge is $10.00.
For orders up to $ 99.99 the shipping charge is $15.00.
For orders up to $199.99 the shipping charge is $25.00.
For orders over $200.00 the shipping charge is $40.00.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
You can prepay with a check by sending your order to the address under contact us. (returned check fee: $30.00).
All orders inside and outside of the U.S. need to be prepaid.

Returns

All claims for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods by calling our office. Claims received after this time will not be accepted. Merchandise that was damaged during shipment will be replaced with the same merchandise. We can not accept returns for products because you do not like the scent. We do not pay for return shipping on merchandise unless we were at fault in filling your order. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless we are at fault in filling your order. To return a product, call our office and request an RA# (return authorization #). This RA# must be clearly marked on package containing the returned products. Once we receive the merchandise, a replacement will be sent out or a credit memo will be issued.

Please inquire within. Price for sample depends on the product. We may not have samples available for all of our products, only selected products. Thank you.
